Barrett Aerospace’s mission is to advance future aircraft technology, as boldly as we can and with whatever resources are available. We seek to innovate and design new ideas that are not only driven by commercial goals, but also those that purposefully challenge a new future for aviation. To enable, this we focus our attention on team working and collaboration. We encourage our engineers to explore, think latteraly and to take the difficult path when necessary.

Maintaining direct customer collaboration helps us to enhance the relationship and delivers the best results of every project. End user collaboration determines our design definition, something that is periodically refined throughout a project and helps us to achieve far more aggressive optimisation.

Being privately owned, Barrett Aerospace will sometimes embark on its own projects, keeping itself agile to always complete our projects at a breathtaking pace and insuring the company’s mission is embedded within all business opportunities . We choose to ally with customers that share a similar ethos, integrity and team-working mindset. To mutually grow with companies that are as eager to create the future of aviation as we are.
